Our roadmap moves through two clear tiers: 49-State Legal — CARB Executive Order (EO) approval in progress. 50-State Legal — full CARB Executive Order approval for all states, including California. We list clear regulatory-use language on every product, and we'll update each package's status the moment CARB testing completes and an EO is issued.
